Rwanda | Rulindo: Head of Northern Province asks farmers to invest in hard work

Rwanda | Rulindo Head of NorthernThe governor of Northern Province of Rwanda Aime Bosenibamwe visited farmers of Murambi sector in Rulindo district on the 8th.Aug.2012 and asked them to work extra ordinarily for development.

The governor visited different developmental projects in this sector when he asked these farmers to participate in programs like Land Use Consolidation, buying machines to cultivate for them and to get credits in Sectors SACCO to boost their projects.

 

The Governor also met with village leaders and opinion leaders on Murambi sector and visited a credit association in Mugambazi cell.

He asked these leaders to be confident and stand to fulfill their responsibilities by improving the social welfare of people they lead and to encourage land use consolidation which is not fully participated in this sector.

The governor asked all residents in this sector not to give value to the rumours being talked about Rwanda’s involvement in the war that is happening in Democratic Republic of Congo instead to know that is the doing of those who are not happy with the development Rwanda has made so far while rebuilding itself after the devastating 1994 genocide Against Tutsis.
